If you post a thread, you can delete it up until it receives a reply. After that point you can only edit your OP.

How, Joe? I can edit, but I don't see any option to delete.

Well nothing in particular. Lately I have been having trouble with duplicate images.

Example: I start a thread and drop in a picture. Get a few replies and when I go back to reply, the original image is already there in my next “draft” and I don’t have a way to delete that draft that was auto saved somewhere along the line while I was typing the original post.

Ah ok, . What it did is saved your last post as a 'Draft'. You can find 'My Draft' in the right hand margin of the page under quick link. Click on your draft then click the X to delete it.

If you start a entire new topic, thread and it gets zero replies, you can delete it.

Once your thread receives a reply, you can only Edit your OP

When you post a reply , you can only Edit that reply.

So, it's only for original posts, not replies? That's not optimal. It's too easy to hit the big green Save Comment square twice.

Hi Joe, I have not seen that option when I make an original thread, even with no replies.

I just made an Original Thread Delete Test posting.

Joe, there is NO delete option anywhere, even in edit mode.

You may delete that thread, please. It has served its purpose.

Joe, thanks for info on deleting drafts. I had about 20 of them and now they are gone. I learned something new today.--------------------Ray

Well, OK then. Guess that got changed. Thanks for passing that back.

I stand corrected. I signed in as a 'member' and tried also. Edit only.

It should be put back, Joe. Members need to be able to erase mistakes, too. Not just Moldy Raters.
