They need to outlaw SUVs. Nobody needs a high capacity car like that. Probably has a fully automatic transmission in it too.

just a stupid question If I was in the gas station and ended his miserable life after the 2nd charge into the building what do you think ?
why would I say the 2nd run because the 1st could have easy been a accident if you were a bystander and had no idea of the argument
2nd time he was threating lifes and maybe mine even the 1st but accidents happen like that hit the wrong pedal or medical after backing up pulling forward and then in again to clear the doors obvious he was wanting to hurt kill some one

If you were charged and I was on the jury, you'd walk. Felonious assault can be as simple as brandishing a weapon without actually using it. He should have been charged with attempted murder or at least assault with a deadly weapon. Since he is probably just a misunderstood youth who was on his way to bible study, 🙄, I would wager not much will happen to him. Bob

Pretty sure that same question came up when the first plane hit the twin tower. After the 2nd hit, there was no question about it!
