You guys ever make a mistake and some moron comes along to make it worse??
I swear, sometimes I feel like I'm swimming upstream. I sold several Rugers in the recent past and a small bag of parts was sent with the wrong gun. So, I located them and the guy that was mistakenly sent these parts tells me he "sold them" and gave me the buyer's email. WHO DOES THIS??? Its all fixed now. I have purchased the parts from the third party and got them going in the right direction....but I will be doing the mental chew out thing in the back of my mind all day today.

A while back, I ordered curbside pickup groceries from Walmart. When I got home, I found some bananas in the bags. I had not ordered bananas, and was not charged for them. Was I obligated to drive 25 miles back to Walmart to return said bananas? Call Walmart and try to pay for the bananas? Box up the bananas, drive to the post office and ship the bananas back to Walmart?
If I ate the bananas, would I be a moron and a thief, or are occasional mistakes the cost (to Walmart) of doing business?
BREAK BREAK
Sorry you had to deal with all of that. Sounds like quite the hassle.
This guy actually had a GB auction for his "windfall" extra parts. He sold the stuff MOMENTS after he realized he was accidentally given something I swear, if this guy finds the opportunity to sell something, you've got 15 minutes before it happens. Keep your toddlers close if you're near him!

That is pretty darn shady, I'll have to say.

I doubt there are very many (if any), who would have gone to the trouble to track down, repurchase, and send those parts to the correct person. To me that reinforces your integrity, honesty, and down right being a good person. I commend you for doing the right thing.
