MARLIN SAFETY 1894 EARLY MDL 32-20

Got this rifle all restored but having ejector problems, it wont eject. The ejector thats in it has a small screw that holds in inside of receiver. But the books show a differant one that sets inside a hole with NO screw. ?? Any ideas? Thx
