Old Tenant from the past
Calls me up this morning. Wanting to know if his wife and him can come by my home to speak about something... Well they show up with BBQ for lunch... No worries just wanted to buy us lunch.

There are still some good ones left in the world.
Last weekend I was towing a boat home, and the transmission puked in my truck. Stuck on M66 just East of Cadillac. Limped to a side road and parked it to begin making calls for rescue.
Guy comes out of the house close to us, and asked me what was wrong. Told him my dilemma and he said we could park the entire rig in his yard for as long as we needed. Very nice, and much appreciated.

I hope you were good to them, or they felt that you were good to them. If not........DONT eat the bbq!🤢🤮😁😎

They have a home and drove thru my mobile home park to show their children where they use to live. They got my phone number from a tenant while there and wanted to come by our home to share their new experience of buying a home. The BBQ was great and unexpected . Good for them.
