what is the value of this 3 piece Lee die set for 6mm06

I did not find that particular die set listed on the Lee Precision web-site. But what I would call 'specialty' die sets were from about $45-$60. Pretty much what I saw at a gun-show in Columbia County, Florida this March.

just to note; this is a 'one of' specialty set and only useful to a VERY small set of customers. you may 'sit' on it for a very long time if priced at 'retail'.
