It's not so much as they're international, it's that they're un-national. Or anational. It doesn't matter what country the oil is in. When they drill it,it's their oil. Except in this example, its Russias'.

I see too many weasel words in the language that the companies use. I suspect that they will slow roll divestment until next year.
