Looking at those two innocent children and then looking at those two that tortured them to death, I have no words. Murdering children is something that gets me every time and in this case it was so evil and cruel. NOTHING that anyone could do to those two is enough.

I, personally, don't see punishment at any level as a deterrent, especially in cases such as this. The thought of being caught, let alone punished, never enters the mind of evil vermin such as these two.

I agree. Be it misdemeanor or felony, Punishment is the last thing considered ... if at all.
