A vacated tenant left a bunch of these behind. Checked flee bay and wow-Why are they so expensive?

Because it says 'Festool'. Nice tools but incredibly expensive.

Congrats on the score. I guarantee tenants have left other things for you . My computer hutch.... knives, tv's , whole homes worth of furniture, tools, nice ladders, just a perk being a landlord.
