    personally I'd use the 'lino' as is (I've got 1,000 # if it 😊) other wise check with Lyman.

    Per Lyman 44th edition reloading handbook: 5 1/2 lb. linotype, 1 lb. 50/50 bar solder, 3 1/2 lb. lead = 10 lb. #2.

    FWIW: The newer solder is virtually all tin so you could go with 5 1/2 linotype, 1/2 newer solder, and 4 lead.

    IOW: You need some tin in your linotype/lead mix.

    If you are using it for rifles, go with straight lino, up to 2,100FPS. If high speed pistol calibers 44mag-.357's add 2 lb wheel weights to 10 pounds of lino plus 1 lb lead. If using for 45-38spl speeds use 50/50 lino/lead and you will not have any leading issues.
