Sadly, it's hard to believe.....
That the big city of Portland Oregon had to ask volunteers to help pick up street trash in order to make their city look better for the NCAA tournament. Kinda like China, we won't do it for our citizens, but we will when we are on national tv......

I would say let all the elected officials and their families go do it . after all they support all the POS doing it
