Putin Took My Chicken! The Things You Learn on a Trip to the Base Commissary.
Went to the base Commissary to pick up a few groceries today. When I got to the chicken, I noted that no boneless/skinless breasts were in stock. Only regular skin-on stuff. A worker was standing there, so I made an inquiry. You can't make this stuff up:
ME: Excuse me, mam. Do y'all happen to have any more of the boneless breast packs in the back?
WORKER: No. Haven't you heard? There is a war in Ukraine.
Me: Yes, mam. I actually have heard that. Is that affecting chicken here somehow?
WORKER: Well, they can't grow any crops right now in Ukraine.
Me: Do they normally grow the Commissary chicken in Ukraine?
WORKER: No, I believe it is from Kentucky.
MARINE CORP officer (standing beside me): Mam, are you saying that the Commissary chicken supply is being diverted to feed the Ukrainian people?
WORKER: No, I don't think so. I think they mostly just eat corn. But, we all have to do our part, you know. Freedom isn't free.
At that point, me and the other guy just looked at each other, tried hard not to laugh, and politely bid the lady a nice day.

You are correct, it's because of the plan to kill this country and prop up a new world order. Maybe not, but it is def on purpose to bring the USA to her knees.

Commercial broiler production is a large part of the agriculture scene here in eastern nc . All the major intergrators, ie Tyson ,Springer farms ,Case etc are in the midst of major expansions . Actively looking for growers and kicking in unheard of amounts of up front money to help land loans from the banks . In all my years of farming ,growing chickens never seen this kind of money being thrown around. My brother , a purchasing agent for a major equipment supply house, reports his lead time on most poultry house equipment is now running 6 to 7 months .
