    If I had to pick a TV personality as my favorite it would be Jay for so many reasons . the cars , his knowledge of all the cars and garages caretaker of countless classics for the next buyers . he seems down to earth and has thet next door neighbor feel when he is doing his shows

    and he seems to shun a lot of hollywerd

    I have watched a lot of his you tube post like the one him and his wife were on a drive she commented she liked the house on the hill . so he did what any normal person would do ( if loaded with cash ) 🤨 he bought the place as is all the furniture and decorations paintings the dinner ware the entire package it was only 13.5 million 😲 but only visits on rare occasions. as a get away home

    all I can add being rich has to be a wonderful thing 😊 I will never know

    however from what I have seen Jay came up thru the ranks and made it I can just say and good for him .
