We need a Constitutional Amendment requiring the following in order to be elected to a federal government position: (1) An IQ at least slightly above the national average, (2) A minimum of four years military service, (3) A minimum of 10 years experience in private industry or commerce, and (4) A guarantee to be in government service no more than 12 years total before returning to the private sector.
