Khrushchev ,the butcher of the Ukraine
During his 50s speech exposing Stalin as somewhat criminal, some heckler said "where were you" Khrushchev said "who said that?" no one answered...... Khrushchev said "that's where i was" He took orders from Stalin to attack class enemies in the Ukraine. Hanging many. Not a tyrant , though took orders.
