    Spot on.

The Democrats took an 'anyone but Trump' stance and accepted this buffoon which is nothing more than a career politician. I truly believe that he is a sock puppet, and that Obama is still running the show.

Wait until energy inflation hits across the board and devalues our currency and it will all be blamed on Putin ! Then a NWO Equity Government Budget increases with a huge increase in our over all debt up to 35 trillion dollars with open borders! This whole mess has nothing to do with our government or national politics . It's all about Russia and nothing else will be told to we the people.

it's the perfect set up for The new green deal with The Great Reset ! THEN socialism tax increases on everything and The U.N Agenda 2030 protocols on steroids! No more poverty and world peace for all.

I heard Putin is personally responsible for the primer shortage.

I believe there is ongoing investigation to determine his responsibility for the shortage of bacon.

Thankfully the government's supplier for crack pipes is not Russia - so we are good to go on that.

Kind of sounds like what we started back in 1965, LBJ WAR on POVERTY, welfare some call it. From what I can see we lost the war.

For socialism to work the government needs people to be dependent on the government, to trust in all they say even if it’s a lie. This is why socialist and communist hate conservatives and what they stand for.

What we’re seeing today is the effect of voting out of hate. Personally I doubt If I were to meet president Trump, him and I wouldn’t have had much in common. The man was quiet full of him self, what I would call a blow hard. But I didn’t vote for him because I hoped some day to play golf with him, I voted for him because he was a business man and the direction he wanted to take this country. The same would hold true for my feeling with general Patton, but he was a person at that time we needed.

I don’t have all the answers, but I know Biden isn’t the answer or these green deal clowns. Hopefully people will learn from their mistake and next time vote their country first, and not out of anger for someone’s personality .

In the mean time we need to focus on are problem here at home and start drilling and producing more OIL.

    Repeat a lie often enough!

Yep, sadly today main stream media has evolved into a political weapon spreading propaganda, misinformation, and outright lies.

Gas started to rise right after Biden's EOs and well before Putin invaded Ukraine. Interesting how media ignore this factoid.

In a separate twist, The narrative is now focusing on oil companies as the cause and all along oil companies have been telling Biden to let them get it out of the ground.

In the meanwhile, DEMOCRATs, East and West Coast Elites are telling us to either eat crow or buy electric cars no average person can afford.

That guy you see in the mirror was one of the sheeple who allowed Biden to sit in the WH. Should have never happened. You know it as well as I do.

So, Yuri, exporting instead of importing crude has no effect?

Yuri is another one who has fallen for the misdirection the media is fond of employing. Crude oil price is determined by how much is on the market and by what it costs to bring it to market. Having the pipeline would have increased supply and lowered prices. Having the pipeline would have been way more economical for getting the oil to market vs. train and trucking, thereby lowering the cost. So yes, I have also read the oil that the pipeline would have carried was to be exported but since oil is a global market, it would have helped lower world oil prices. Bob

@Yuri Orlov wow nice, first post in the forums and that is what you've got... do you go to someone's house and the first thing you do is try to belittle them? As a moderator here I would welcome you, but then again you may not be around for long....

Somehow, I think that Yuri is smug in the knowledge that he is saving the planet by driving his electric car to his job at the Democratic National Committee and he looks out the window with glee at the huge windmills disfiguring the countryside that are going to re-charge his car.

He has a point about the PRICE not being controlled by the POTUS.

However the POTUS controls the real estate where the oil comes from and when the POTUS orders a halt oil and natural gas production from federal land and a halt to off shore oil production, oil becomes scarce oil companies cant supply as much to consumers: Supply and demand rules then apply prices go up. Additionally, Oil companies must buy oil form other countries for American consumers.

What Biden's executive orders (EO) did was more egregious. He not only caused gas prices to rise, but by making prices of energy nearly double, he singlehandedly caused prices an just about every consumer product and service to increase: BIDENFLATION.

Further, his EOs were responsible for a catastrophic loss of jobs in the energy sector.

Fact: Biden used the power of his executive orders to stop oil production on federal land. Gas prices have been going up ever since followed by trickledown inflation and job loss.

Fact: Under POTUS Trump there were little or no bans on drilling and exploration.

Fact: The average price of oil was around $2 per gallon during most of the Trump presidency.

Fact: We were energy independent and an energy exporter under Trump.

Yuri, if the pipe line was a lie, then way did the price stay low, and when Biden the president shut it down the price went up? Now I never was a bartender like AOC so maybe I don’t understand economics as well as her, but I’m trying.

l did a bit of research last night reading biographies of former presidents since WWII. Every single of them held some kind of JOB but Sleepy Joe. Even 0bama held a job. NOT so with Joe. He's been a politician all his life.😣

The responses cause me to fear for the future of this great Republic.

Evidently a lot of people do not understand that Keystone would only have provided oil for EXPORT and no amount of facts will change their cult-ridden minds but let's try again! From the citation:

" It was expected to transport 830,000 barrels of Alberta tar sands oil per day to refineries on the Gulf Coast of Texas. From the refineries, the oil would be sent chiefly overseas—not to gasoline pumps in the United States."

Read and learn. If you cannot read please have someone read the citation aloud to you.

You don't think if you add 830,000 barrels of oil per day to the world market that it will have any effect on the global price of oil? Oil is like any other commodity and its price is determined by both supply and demand. Even a small decrease in the supply can have large effects on the price. It was only about 1% of the world usage but combine that with the Russian boycott and the slow down of issuing drill permits (not leases) by the current administration and you have the perfect storm for high energy prices. Bob
