It is a nice hill too look at. On the right day, I can see the top of it from a few places around my house.

It is beautiful. 14,400 ft. above sea level. My Cessna 170 has been over the top a couple of times.

I climbed it twice in the 80's. We would go to the 10K level and camp overnight then get up early and climb to the top and watch the sun come up. Its not a difficult climb but it is strenuous, then again I was in my 20's.

Flew around it once, quite an experience.

Can see it and Mt. Adams from Yakima on certain days.
