Biden may travel to Saudi Arabia in quest for oil, report says, as Russia ban remains possibility
President Biden may be exploring additional options for oil with a possible trip to Saudi Arabia in the coming months, a new report said.
So let me get this straight. We should ban Russian oil and buy more from the biggest terrorist financing country in the middle east. Or we should buy from that shining example of socialism - Venezuela.
Green folks don't want us producing more oil and gas because of climate change. How is burning fossil fuel from questionable sources any greener than producing our own? It is amazing how just one year of really stupid progressive decisions has taken us from the top of the ladder to barely being on the bottom rung.
On a positive note, expensive gas and rampant inflation is sure to doom the dems in the midterms. It will take so long to pull out of the economic disaster that it should also kill any chance of Geriatric Joe being re-elected in a couple of years as well. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is concerned about the ballooning amount of United States debt.
“I’m very worried about it,” Powell said at The Economic Club of Washington, D.C. “From the Fed’s standpoint, we’re really looking at a business cycle length: that’s our frame of reference. The long-run fiscal, nonsustainability of the U.S. federal government isn’t really something that plays into the medium term that is relevant for our policy decisions.”
However, “it’s a long-run issue that we definitely need to face, and ultimately, will have no choice but to face,” he added.

If they could just admit that they were wrong and support our American Oil Industry we would be fine, but they can't do that and hopefully it will hurt their current supporters enough to vote for change, but in the meantime we all have to suffer and pay the price...

A strong middle class threatens the hard left. American production creates a strong middle class who have money an political energy. The creation of a dependent population is the creation of a controllable population. This is a big picture power grab that spans industries and generation. Purim’s war is a long term benefit to these people, and they will use it to their advantage, regardless of how many Ukrainians are killed, or Americans damaged.
