Try pulling the bolt all the way back and pushing in on the bolt handle.

Doesn't the 351 have a place where you can open the bolt and then push it into an indent behind the chamber? Pull out on the bolt to release. I am doing this from memory and don't have one to doublecheck this, so it is just my best guess. Bob
