I am old enough to remember why we established our strategic reserves: For war and national emergencies: Not because Biden's and his DEMOCRATs favorability poll rating are circling the drain and other political reasons.
Putin knows this too. Now combine depleting our strategic reserves with Biden saying he was NOT going to stop importing Russian oil despite Putin's invasion of Ukraine. What kind of message do you think Biden is sending to Putin, Xi, Kim, Ayatollahs, and other despots ?
