Peepers are singing at the top of their lungs. This is the pond that is next to Swampy Sam. That's what I have named the tree that has such character. There is a large pond bank that separates the pond from the swamp. I was standing between them when I took the photo and the video. The deer love to hang out in the field you see across the pond.

Very cool @susie I forget that at certain times of the year I can go out on my back porch and hear similar sounds from the pond about 600 yards away. Thanks for the reminder of nature's wonder.

Pretty place and the peepers make it even better......
I would add the I like to hear the yotes singing in the evening all around our place....
