7.62 x 54R Spam Can Identification

Can anyone identify the contents of this 440 round tin of MY GUESS of 7.62 x 54r Ammo?

I believe I purchsed in 1998 for a 1940 SVT, which I no longer own. I do not want to open the can to verify, but I do want to list it for sale accurately. Thanks in advance..............Larry B.
