Yesterday afternoon we watched a hawk cleaning up a dead squirrel in our daughters backyard

there is I think at least one country or religion ? that places there dead out for the vultures to eat them and take the souls to the heavens

Once upon a time I used to bury all of my deer carcasses after butchering. Then I got old, smart, and lazy. Leaving them out in the woods and by the time the snow melts and Spring begins, ALL GONE! 😊
