we as legal law abiding citizens should be allowed to own any thing and I do mean any thing and every thing the government has from a bottle rocket to the aircraft carrier the 2nd does not state well your not allowed to have any thing. its all been laws and rules made up by politician's that limit and prohibit ownership .
