Things happen...Oh Well Just my luck
Bought some Crimson Trace grips for my 10mm . Got them and they just won't work.. changed batteries, checked batteries..got online to send them back to the factory. They won't come on even with the switch turned ON... Well got looking closer they are IR... I did not know they won't work without wearing night vision.

Well shoot. Hopefully you can still return them for a refund. If not, list them.

No refund. I looked on GB and none listed as IR. I am going to donate them away to the Sheriffs Dept. and write them off as charity.

Contact CT. I used to sell a lot of their lasers and while I seldom needed customer service, when I did, they were always helpful.

I don't know if their customer service is as good now as it used to be but back 15 years ago they repaired a set of grips that had been discontinued that I had bought on E-bay and didn't charge me anything.
