  If it's in Windows, I don't remember enough to help, unfortunately. If you've gone to Control Panel (or whatever it's called now) and opened "Add or Remove Software" and that didn't work, then it may be one of those programs that Micro$oft uses to spy on you and can't be turned off or removed.

  You know what I'm going to say next, but nobody takes that advice.
