whether you admit it or not. new rule requires all 32 teams to hire an offensive coach who is a "female or a member of a racial or ethnic minority for the 2022 season". what can go wrong with that?

I guarantee you all..........each and every NFL team already has a minority member on the offensive coaching staff.
This is just an empty measure meant to say........"look at us......we are woke antiracists.............aren't we great?"
I feel the same way about the NFL as I do about Hollywood...............meh

Back when my wife worked for Social Security the gooberment come out with an edict that forced them to give first choice to hire minorities and veterans. The veterans almost unanimously worked out great, the minorities wound up sitting there doing basically nothing because that was the only thing they couldn't screw up.

As a Landlord I am required by law not to discriminate. However in the 30 yrs of being a Landlord in South Carolina I have seen hundreds of tenants. As a statistic every one of the minorities and I mean every one... I ever rented to has been evicted for non payment including 1 right now under an eviction.

I don't think they are required to hire them just interview them. Needless to say I really don't care what they do anymore, I am done with all professional sports and am giving up on collegiate sports fast.

To be fair, the NFL should mandate that the racial makeup of each team must be the same as the racial makeup of our country. Doesn't that seem fair? Each team must be 13 percent black and 52 percent white. A bunch of black NFL stars will be fired.
Think of the hundreds of white college football players who will now be able tp play in the NFL.

Yea......but.....but....but.....but.......well THAT is NOT FAIR! SMDH. I wish we could PURGE all these IDIOTS with their DISCRIMINATION and start hiring, picking, electing people based on their SKILL for that job. No more hiring/picking based on some FLAWED sence of "fairness" and "diversity"!
Just look at recent history and you can PLAINLY see that hiring by skin color or sex or sexual preference does NOT, I repeat NOT, work out for AMERICA!

Shootings in Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, DC, St. Louis, Atlanta, et al..........................they are not being perpetrated by teenage white kids.
The same bull hockey with boys being girls and girls being boys...........it's not even biologically possible.............why do "people" in this country humor them by recognizing pronouns?

Never having been a football fan the trials and tribulations of the NFL have never registered high on my radar. The little I keep up with it is just for the entertainment value of " wonder what them idiots will do next " Which is a shame because I generally believe that athletes like Brady and manning and Mean Joe Green and others like them, are to be complimented . They played and treated the game with reverence and determination and stayed out of politics.
