RIP. Enjoyed his acting. He brought powerful intensity to his characters...and occasional humor such as in his role as Capt Doyle in Op Dumbo Drop.
- Capt. T.C. Doyle : You slept with the wife of General "Kill-'em-all-and-let-God-sort-them-out" Richardson?
- David Poole : I thought it was his daughter.
- Capt. T.C. Doyle : Oh yeah, he would've been fine with that.

RIP. I liked him as Shoeless Joe Jackson in Field of Dreams. My wife informed me she remembers him way back when he was doing soap opera's.
