Unusual sky last night

Dogs were raising a ruckus last night so I stepped out onto the deck. I noticed the Western sky was lit up. I assume it was a case of low lying clouds and lights from the big city (population 1900).

This is the result of my night mode picture taken from my cellphone. Pic was taken at 2317 hours (11:17 pm).

  Nice photo as well as can be done on such

  We can relate depending on whether conditions and the clouds it's a interesting view some nights like wth is going on the way its gets back lit from nearby towns

  Also north west of us the built a huge green house produce operation that lights up the sky big time

  Not the red skies of China https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=18ySQoRGbXs or red rivers over there https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxwB7CnBBhk. But to me it looks like sets of waves.
