"You cannot submit a credit request unless the order is canceled or returned. " Is this the correct step to go to the NPB page? YES, I know about the auction thing, I just want to do this right as it seems to have changes since the last one. In short, the first sentence is what I get when I TRY "to initiate credit request."
No COMPLANING just info needed.
Nevermind, I THINK I got it. I heart non payers.

In the last two credit requests I have done yes, I have been required to cancel the order before I could complete the request.
