Depowered small block. 185-220 HP.

Another engine install and high miles someone will just get a nice driver that needs some work. Only the L-82 versions were the collectable ones. Won't go for much.

I know everyone has his or her own tastes in cars, but I never much cared for those two-tone painted corvette pace cars. Solid colors look best IMO.

That Pontiac brought very good money !!!! Not my favorite car but a great investment . Ms. Teresa Earnhardt has the 1998 Daytona Pontiac GXP Pace car.

Let's clarify who gets what on the pace cars at Indy....
"There's one actual pace car (which is donated to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum after the race, a tradition begun in the mid-70s, because, built for speed without the proper emission controls, the cars are not street worthy) and up to three backups," he said. "The winner of the race gets one."
