Never happen. The super rich are the todays DEMOCRAT party handlers. You can be certain if there are any new taxes on the super rich, there will be surreptitious countermeasures and loopholes written in so in the end, the middle class will take the hit.
BTW: Stock owners have been getting the shaft ever since Biden took the helm.

I think the whole point, over the last 30 years, is to take out the middle class. As a voting bloc it simply has too much power and is too independent.

I wonder how the politicians, media personalities, and medical professionals that took payments and kickbacks for millions of dollars from the big pharmaceutical companies to push experimental vaccines and vaccine passports during the plandemic are going to hide their fat bank accounts now.

This republic has always used Democracy as a tool to make the masses think they have a choice while in reality they can overrule any majority think set. Like what a marriage is or what is the new normal or how rich one individual can be.
However to Fund The NWO central government it must fund and guide the resources to instill their plutocracy and they have learned from the past that have's and have's not's theme does not work. They will control the path of energy independence and give it freely for peaceful purposes that is safe for the enviorment if they can harness that power. Unbridled capitalism through tax havens will be tamed sooner than later.
Thus a lot rich people with hydrocarbon wealth must be taxed through the transfer of the new revoultion. Like what is stated the middle class must be eliminated but a new standard will be created where all are given guarantees of resourceful existence,in material wealth.
Just look at The United Nations guidelines for references of how it is spelled out.
