Someone should point out to Mr. Xi that it is he who is playing with fire.

Are you sure, "China" Joe is POTUS.

His foreign policy has been a disaster despite media saying otherwise. IE: Afghanistan and Ukraine,

Nancy better get her asp on the plane and go there, if she doesn’t, China wins we loose, simple as that. After Afghanistan are credibility has been questioned around the world and is being challenged now by China. This is what I believe is called the moment of truth. And I can assure you that China isn’t worried about whether their troops have had the right kind of sensitivity training as we do.

Picking a fight with China would be like biting the hand that feeds you. When was the last time you purchased anything that said "Made in USA"? China would win by simply stopping sending us things.

Many times global economics can be a "double-edged" sword.

True.....China can ban sending goods to the USA.

But........since the USA consumes the vast majority of what China makes........the communists would be cutting their own economic throat.

BTW.......about 10 years ago I observed, on Frontline, that Sams/Walmart had over 12,000 suppliers worldwide.

Over 9,000 of those suppliers were in.............CHINA!!!!

Of course.....then there's.....HOW MUCH of the USA's debt does China hold? Boggles the mind.

    Just some $0.02 to consider.

This is why China has such a well equip army, we’re paying for it every time we buy something made in China.

Sorry to say, you have this backward. WE (USA) feed China and they know it. A 1/2 dozen war ships in international water could blockade the majority of shipping INTO China and they would begin to starve within a few weeks.

The primary reason China has such a strangle hold on the US is because of GREED. All sorts of manufacturing processes have been transferred to China because it makes more profit. OK, so China can produce widgets BUT they can't feed themselves. Widgets are handy but not very digestible.

Good! That would be a surefire way to get people to quit buying China crap.

The irony in all this is that China actually has no right to claim Taiwan. China ceded it to Japan by treaty after the first Sino-Japanese war in 1895. It remained a part of Japan until the end of WW2 whereby it relinquished control back to the Republic of China in 1947, ie: the Nationalist Government. When the chi-coms took over 1949 the Nationalist's moved to the island that Japan had ceded back to them. The Treaty Of San Francisco in 1952 changed nothing as neither the China nor the Republic of China were invited. So, the real legitimate government resides in Taiwan and not the one in Beijing.
