One of my all time favorites. I remember they were .06 cents. Haven't seen them in a store for years, no Food Lions near here.

Out west we called them Fifty-Fifty Bars, which I believe was a brand name. If they came in flavors other than orange I never saw one, but it didn't matter because orange was my favorite. The ice-cream truck which rolled through our neighborhood sold them for a dime.

I would have loved to have tried the raspberry. Heck, I'd love to see an ice cream truck again. Do they still exist?

Those dreamsicle's were always known as orange Creamsicles around here in northern lower Michigan. Still available in multipack boxes in most stores as well.
I haven't had one in years but I may have just gotten a craving!!😁

More than you ever wanted to know about the the treat being discussed😀:
19 Facts about the Creamsicle You Never Imagined Were True
Part of the original Popsicle Brand, the Creamsicle is one of four related products, which includes the Fudgsicle and the Yosicle. These treats contain fudge and yogurt respectively. The original Popsicle has been around since 1905, but didn't get a rebrand until 1922. The Creamsicle was born in the late 1930s, along withthis was the best reference of the search, although this one doesn't mention that it was also known as a 50-50 bar...

as a kid they might as well not existed they would come by our area and not once did I get to buy anything and come to think on it the entire neighborhood I never seen more than one or two kids get any thing offf one of the trucks
when we would hear them coming playing music of course it did not mean a thing to us kids 😪
mom would say I can buy a whole box at the store for what one ice cream cost off the truck but that box we always counted and waited on 🤨 well it was like the no give away on here LOL

Svedka vodka flavor (looks gone) Orange creamsicle mixed with good orange juice with some type orange sherbert bar or Dreamsicle dropped in is about as good as it gets. A couple years back I was into them and have the sticks, neatly saved, in a pull out drawer in an organizer as proof. come in handy.
