    Yeah, just tell them you identify as the owner.... Or better yet, you identify as a permanent house guest with all the privileges and none of the responsibilities

    It is a nice place. In another state, it would be 1/4 that much and actually desirable to more people here.

    Won't be too bad when the covid hits again and a moratorium goes into effect. About 16 folks will split the rent... party every day till the sun comes up. Eviction process should take months... Landlord can keep the 20k security deposit

    It's perfect for a couple of rapper/gang-bangers to rent for a weekend and shoot some "music videos".

    They can fill the driveway with Ferraris and Porches and BMW motorcycles and scantily clad women drinking Dom Perignon and smoking blunts.

    The idiots with gold grills can make it "rain".

    It's called a house party.
