18-20 year olds Automatically to be delayed on NICS

Per a Recent ATF / NICS seminar

All 18-20 year olds purchasing firearms to be automatically delayed on NICS. Delay will be up to 10 DAYS and address to be required on NICS Check. To perform back ground checks at state and local levels.

Late August to September Should be come effective, in time for hunting season. Plan ahead.

New 4473 to follow.

I guess next they will add 75 year olds to the s&^% list, thinking we will die and our grandkids will end up with those scary firearms!!

If 18-20 are not responsible enough to own an AR (or other type rifle) then how are they to be trusted to vote, join the military, consent to adult relationships, sign a contract, drive a car, go to collage alone, or any of many things an adult is allowed to do. They should be kept locked in the basement until they turn 21 (or 31 if they show any liberal tendencies).

I read somewhere a couple of days ago that only 15 to 25% of military age young people qualified for military service due to overweight, can't pass the test,criminal record or high school dropout.Makes it sound like we have a bumper crop of young fat,stupid criminals.
