So this looks like a take off from the World Economic Forum in Davos. The World's International Corporations are planning a NWO where all are served with The United Nations & the agenda 2030 goals.Even the Vatican is a sponsor.

The challenges we face today and will continue to face tomorrow, are bigger than any one of us. They are bigger than our institutions and any one community or people group. Their solution will require unity and a shared commitment to action and sacrifice. Their solution will require empathy.

I would imagine that if your not a protegee or a genius in one of the seven arts then you will be sideline as common and will receive whatever the state provides for you. Now a oligarchical system of people will be in place to supervise the system along with A. I. as their guide however.

As a species, Mikolov explained, humans are pretty terrible at making choices that are good for us in the long term. People have carved away rainforests and other ecosystems to harvest raw materials, unaware of (or uninterested in) how they were contributing to the slow, maybe-irreversible degradation of the planet overall.
But a sophisticated artificial intelligence system might be able to protect humanity from its own shortsightedness.
