You forgot about Ole Slippin' Joe.......him and his communist partners share a LOT of the blame!

America has pushed manufacturing out of the USA for decades. Pres Trump was the only one with the brains and brawn to try and bring it back! But he sent mean tweets! Give me a break.

Yes, America is in bad shape but I am afraid that you are correct.....worse times to come!

Hoover chickens is why we have a shortage of gopher turtles now. Under Biden, we wont even have many of those! Plus add the MILLIONS of illegals that have flooded our country in the last few years.

Buckle up and get ready, its gonna be a rough ride!

On a couple of occasions I was 'assigned' to just sit, watch those flocking into the local 'food bank' giveaway day, and report what I saw. It was DISGUSTING. Lots of folks there who obviously had to 'dress down' and borrow an old junk vehicle to show up. Guys who'd been playing golf with $2K worth of clubs, $10 cart, and the perfect outfit at first light showed up with tattered clothes and toes out the side sneakers in a 20 year old jalopy. In a small rural area, it takes balls(or a total disregard for personal dignity) to do this knowing someone(everyone) is watching.

Yep, its hard to help people these days because of folks like @Mobuck mentioned.

I NEVER refuse to buy someone food. People frequently ask for $2 to $10 for some food. I always say (whatever restaurant) is right there. I will buy you a meal if you wanna walk over. 99% of the time they say no, just need the $. I say no.

Every now and then someone is actually hungry and they go with me to the closest fast food joint. I buy em whatever they want. Had one fellow ask for two whooper meals, he was shocked when i ordered it. He ate every bite. I enjoy helping people, but refuse to give $ and be taken advantage of. Yes i know, most were addicts but they were hungry (prob spends all $ on drugs) but i still feed em.

    Begin Sarcasm:

Don't see reason for alarm. According to partisan media and the DEMOCRATs the economy is in great shape. Biden is going to Saudi to have them increase petroleum output plus their plans for another huge 2 trillion stimulus package and follow by massive tax increases on the rich will usher in an era of deflation. Convincing the Fed to increase interest rates several points will be a great help as well.

    End Sarcasm.

They have to raise Taxes now in order to pay for the interest on servicing the debt but they are just testing the waters now and will wait until after November elections to proceed. Whoever gets in control of The Congress is going to wish they hadn't won before it's over. Food inflation is going to get much much worst here soon with rising crime from the homeless and illegals immigrants.

    https://hoodline.com/2022/07/shocking-underground-bunker-filled-with-guns-and-power-tools-busted-in-san-jos

The bunker itself, hidden within or next to the encampment, involved some sophisticated construction, including support beams and plywood walls, reflecting someone's skills at engineering and construction.

“Five of the individuals were living in that bunker and utilizing it as a hideout. It's a hideout that was used to store stolen goods and hide the criminality that otherwise would have been discovered in an apartment or a house,"
