Got a call from the buyers closing attorney... Ask where I was? Said in the Kitchen getting a Pepsi.... what is going on... Buyer was at the attorneys office and waiting on me for close. Well no one called me when it was i... I reckon I can ride up there... By the way... you do have my money? Crickets... The mortgage company hadn't sent it.... Well then... call me when you are ready...
