Yupper, we're past the mid-point of 2022. Christmas will be here before you know it. Definitely DO NOT take those decorations down.

Why not wally world stays a couple months ahead of every holiday together every dollar they can

Retail stores and holiday decorations are ridiculous............I pretty much quit buying into it all more than a decade ago on principle.

i'm not laughing. there are 2 clowns in this little village doing nightly fireworks from june 26 thru the present. dusk to 10:30 minimally, midnite on weekends. idiots must have spent $20,000 by now. these guys don't do things 1/2 way, its elaborate their displays.

LOL. Now you are closer to next Christmas again than last.
We live in the country, but still in something of a neighborhood. Every house has at least 10 acres, and there are farms all around us outside of this road with houses scattered across both sides every so often. However, we have one set of neighbors. Every year, they shoot fireworks until 1 am or later. Over the years, as it comes up in conversation I ask each of them until I figure out who it is, and that it bugs everyone. So, this year before the 4th, I went and talked to them and said hey, all of us neighbors are fine with you shooting off fireworks, even though it is borderline fire danger this year. We are fine with firing them late ON Friday and Saturday nights, say until Midnight and maybe 10:30 on Sunday. He said they weren't the only ones doing it. I said OK, I'll just wait up then and go speak with whomever else then. The fireworks stopped PROMPTLY at midnight those two nights and a little after 10 on Sunday. I saw him a few days later and thanked him. He just grinned and said "maybe I was the only one shooting them late after all, I dunno".
I said not trying to ruin your fun, just trying to help everyone get along since I had heard it from others. He said he was surprised no one turned them in for very loud music when his daughter got married. By then I had been there 10 years and they had never had music blaring like that very late, nor had they ever had 40+ cars over there, so I told him we all figured it was a big day for something. 😊
