Seller says I owe more money
I sent a money order to the seller which included $30 for shipping. When the seller went to ship the product they discovered it would cost $68 and they asked me to send another money order for the difference. I told them to send my money back. They said that they have a no return policy. If I file a claim with Gun Broker will I be able to get my money back or does the seller have the upper hand?

First, what was the stated shipping policy/price listed in the auction? Some sellers list their shipping as "actual shipping cost" in which case you still owe the seller $38.00. If the auction stated that shipping was $30.00, then the seller needs to ship the item. If you are actually paid up with the seller, let them know that they need to ship your item, or you will file a claim with GunBroker. As Jim said, there is no connection between these forums, and the auction side other than having the same owner.
