Former Justice Department prosecutor Jim Trusty called the situation “a huge integrity test” for the FBI and for Attorney General Merrick Garland.
“Will they walk away from powerful evidence? Will they come up with a soft plea — like a tax charge — that does not remotely capture the actual wrongdoing?” he said.

Pretty sad state of affairs when people have to read Australian news to find out what's really going on in America.
Just listen to CBS some morning- full of news about the January 6th "attack" on the white house, and plenty of commentary on how "wrong" the SCOTUS is on just about anything. I know a few people that think that if CBS says it, it must be gospel.

If he did not talk to Hunter, it was dereliction of his duty as VP.
If he did, it was/is corruption.
Either way, the man was unfit to run, much less serve, as President.
