Not my genre of movie so I'll take your word for it Yosh. Plus, it's make believe. In real life the only reason she'd hook up with the fat baker is because he has so much dough.

will add in at one time being a fat ( over weight ) fellow in America was a sure sign of wealth and attracted the ladies .
why you may ask from what I read in the past being over weight meant you have a good life and could afford to eat which was a rare thing to most
