  Oh, I call that a pretty good win. That'll clip the wings of all these birds pushing for allowing non-citizens to vote.

  Hopefully it will set a precedent to stop the use of states using federal money to benefit non citizens.

  It was the NY State Supreme Court. I doubt the City will appeal considering the current make up of the US Supreme Court.

  So I guess the "dead" are still a-okay.

  I wonder how much would change in California with the dmv giving away licenses and voter registration.
