The countdown is on!
I will be an Idaho resident again at the end of the week!
I haven't finished selling this place in WA yet due to the illegal actions of my HOA, but I won't get into that.
Having two mortgages won't be fun for however long it takes to get this place sold, but it will be worth it.
I can almost taste the freedom.

I salute you Mr. P! It takes Kohona's to make a move in this economic mess we are all into these days. It also takes a lot more money resources then it did just a year or two ago! I have been contemplating doing the same in order to eliminate the multitude of stairs both me and the Mrs. have to climb here at our present home.
Not that I don't love my current place but facing reality is tough. This place was designed for a younger person with a large family. The hilltop place with breath taking views and vistas are great but blowing snow down a steep icy driveway gets very old quickly!

Was up that way last week and noticed all of the killings in Indy... however they have now included stabbings.
