Has anyone chose a prison to do time in?
Since we can now choose a gender or whatever you identify with chose to do time in say a man doing time in womens or a woman chose to do time in mens prison? I wonder if I should tell biden to make the penal system to go co-ed. After all separate but equal is wrong.

I self identifie as a Democrat lgbq and what ever letters I left out non white with political connections and close friends with aoc and Pelosi so I guess no prison for me .
2nd choice would be claiming femail years ago I worked with a gal who was well not into men great worker and fun to be around and nice looking the other women on my team always said you know you have something in common with her you both like ...let's just say cats for the forum

"Men" and "women" are not genders; they are aggregates of subjective (personal) characteristics that can change or vary with time and place (not unlike "beauty"). "Male" and "female" are genders, aggregates of objective (biological) characteristics that do not change or vary with time and place (not unlike "2+2=4". Then there are hermaphrodites, which are Democrats who drive F-150s and wee-wee sitting down.

Allowing the penalized the option to choose potentially lessens the impact of the punishment. On the flip side, getting the destination incorrect potentially adversely impacts the general population in the prison.

I've been working on a solution to all of our prison problems. When I get everything ironed out, the American taxpayer will save enough money to afford a full tank of gas every week!

When I got drafted into the army there were a couple guys I was with that the judge gave them a choice, either enlist or go to jail. Back then though I don’t think they were given the option of joining the wac’s or the regular army.

Any state prison in CA. CA is a weak on crime/pro criminal DEMOCRAT state.
Could get away with the many crimes: No pay bail and serve little time if any.
Violent Illegal aliens enjoy protection in sanctuary cites and often turned loose.

In my last four incarcerations I couldn't make that choice. Maybe next time.

Pretty sure that selecting a prison of choice comes under many of the plea bargaining tools that are offered by the DA's of most democrat run states.

Yes, Pelican Bay, Folsom and San Quentin are known as the bed and breakfasts of American prisons. LAPD and Alameda County Tac Squad sheriff deputies are notoriously homosexual and soft on crime, routinely providing rides either home or to a Hampton Suite for violent illegals and individuals actively committing capital felonies.
