No HOA here
installed a large garden tub out in the yard for the critters to drink out of. Didn't take them long to find it.

Actually I am setting up the backyard Deer for a meet with the Freezer this fall. They have been there every day.

Interestingly, the place I am buying in Idaho does have an HOA, but the only real regulation they have is no commercial feedlots on your property. Talked to a freedom loving friend of mine who lives nearby and he says after 18 years he still likes the HOA.
