It is not one individual, IMO. I believe Susan Rice has a big hand in it, but the final decisions are made by a cabal of her and other Obama admin holdovers with input from the woke fringe of the party.

Yeah will see how well the banking cartel holds together for The US Currency being a reserve currency. Congress spends their respect with dishonesty everyday for the love of money. The taxpayers are going see the light very soon. Inflation is not going away anytime soon with the debt crisis we have now.
The military relies to much on technology and is spending/using a lot of the field technology for Ukraine now. They may need some for China soon.

The addition of more US dollars doesn’t mean that anyone is more wealthy; in fact, it means that the dollars you have are worthless. You will need a higher amount of dollars to buy the same goods and services. Hence, saving inflated dollars, in many cases, is losing value. Those who save money are being robbed.
