Does the M1917 Enfield rifle qualify as Antique status by FFL ? Can it be transferred without FFL ?

It has to have been manufactured in, or before, the year 1898 to be an antique.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. For some reason I thought it may qualify if it was 100 years old.
