Glock questions??
I would like to find a Glock 17 gen 5 frame, one without a slide or a barrel. My first question is what is a reasonable price to pay for a gen 5-17. I have found a couple but I have no idea if the price is reasonable.
I'm cheap!! 😁 The concept of paying to much for anything is against my religion!!
If I get a gen 5-17 frame will a Glock long slide fit the gen 5-17 frame?? This assumes I can find a Glock long slide. Any thoughts on where to find a long slide?
I have no idea why I find this an interesting thing to try and do but it probably involves having to much time on my hands or maybe it is I like doing different things every so often. The problem is I have no clue what I'm doing but to me that is part of the fun. So any advice or thoughts would be welcome!! Thanks!

Omaha Outdoors. Getting a stock 34 slide might take some searching.

buy a whole gun and sell the parts you don't want. I have a G-34 and love it with a Johnny Glock trigger. Would it not be easier to just buy a G-34?

It probably would be easier but I like playing around with a new project every once in a while!
